Our commitment

We do not sell, rent, trade, or give your personal information or customer data to other businesses for their own marketing, advertising, or commercial use. We do not build advertising profiles from it.

If a third-party integration or service would need access to your customer data to provide Churnity, we will explain what it needs and why, and obtain your written consent before enabling that access.

Who is responsible

Customer Success Services is responsible for information collected through Churnity. Contact us at privacy@churnity.com.

What we collect and why

For the early-access waitlist, we collect your email address, optional first name, confirmation status, and consent record. We use it only to confirm your request and to contact you about a genuine opportunity to try Churnity. If you use the product, we collect the account and information you choose to connect, upload, or enter to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through the waitlist. We do not ask for it there.

Service providers and overseas handling

Churnity uses carefully selected technical providers for hosting, database operations, security, and email delivery. They act only under our instructions and confidentiality/security obligations; they cannot use your information for their own purposes. Some technical processing may occur outside Australia. Before enabling any provider or integration that needs access to your customer data, we will seek your written consent and tell you the purpose. We may disclose information where Australian law requires it.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, and separation of prospective contacts from product accounts. Unconfirmed waitlist requests are deleted after 30 days. Confirmed entries are kept only until we contact you about early access, you unsubscribe, or the waitlist is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in a waitlist email. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time and explain any legal reason we cannot meet a request in full.

Cookies, changes, and complaints

We use only the technical information needed to operate and secure the website and service. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technology, we will update this notice and provide any consent controls required by law.

Please contact us first at privacy@churnity.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
